How do I use the faq:support web site?
To Receive Technical Support:

Log in to the web site or register your product.
- Find your product from the list shown in "My Products".
- Review the FAQs and manuals to find an answer for your question or fix for your problem.
- Make sure you have installed the correct drivers for your device.
- If you still need support, click on the "Contact a Support Professional" link.
- Answer the support questions to help diagnose your problem.
- If you still have a problem, you will be asked to register for support and to provide a short description of your problem.
- On registering for support, the web site will give you a support ticket number. You may then either request an answer via email or call a support number to talk to a Support Professional.
To Register My Product:

Select the Registration Menu option.
- Enter your email address to use as your login ID and choose a password.
- Select your product and identify your purchase by providing either the PPID or Serial Number of the device.
- Complete your registration by providing your contact details.
- You will now have access to the full faq:support service.
- If you have purchased your device through Dell but are experiencing problems registering on our site, please use the Support form to report your problem to a Support Professional.
